ISLAMABAD (Balochistan Times) - Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal on Wednesday dismissed a plea seeking suspension of non-bailable arrest warrants of PTI chairman Imran Khan, maintaining the order issuing the arrest warrants.
The court announced the reserved verdict on the plea for arrest warrants.
The court ruled that the warrants cannot be cancelled on the basis of just an undertaking. Earlier, the Islamabad IG presented the proofs regarding hooliganism in Zaman Park.
Meanwhile, Additional Sessions Judge Faizan Haider Gillani issued a detailed verdict of the suspension of arrest of warrants of Imran Khan in the female judge threatening case. The warrants in the case have been suspended till March 20.
